30-Day Returns
You may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll resolve the issue by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund at no additional cost.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we'll cover the return shipping costs.
For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used or damaged after delivery.
- Products not returned in their original condition or packaging.
- Gift cards (if applicable).
